Ryan Shields and the Janks - The Light Between Last Night and Tomorrow

From Jay Hornbeck, ESQ.:

I found this rare, first and last musical review in Steven Tyler from Aerosmith’s Diary:

Ryan Shields has more musical genius in his “little” finger than Tommy Lee has in his “big” finger. But never-the-less, his “little” finger has the crowd singing inside, and out, every show.

Its is a sheer menagerie of melodies that we are afforded through Ryan’s mystical fingertips. The only reason I use the merry phrase “menagerie of melodies” is because it was the only name not crossed out on a list of his possible album names I saw sitting on his dresser…next to his fake “Culture Club” tattoos. Which, all at once, reminds me of the time I told Ryan to get that “Spin Doctors” tattoo he wanted in Henna, because I knew the band would never last.

If Zeus wielded a Thunderbolt, than Ryan Shields wields five Zeus’s on each hand. On his tongue sits a tiny wizard whose only magic is harmonious verse and chorus. Buying his album is the closest possible thing to reclaiming your youth, and trust me, I’ve done body shots of Absinthe off Taylor Swift
